Everything was well-maintained, personnel was amazingly kind and really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a king size bed. The breakfast was large and scrumptious and offered variety of options. The location was marvellous as for me, really close to minutes from several local restaurants, North East and the turnpike. Also, it was 2 miles from Laurel Arts.

We liked the facilities offered by this exceptionally comfortable hotel. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel television and a writing desk. A bathtub was fairly clean and everything was very good.

We greatly enjoyed the place and free breakfast in it.

Great and absolutely perfect location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Btw, went to city center, located not too far away from the hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and they went out of their way to help me find fun activities in the area. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel was the cleanest I've seen in a while, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The convenient location near the interstate made it easy for me to travel, and the comfortable bed ensured that I got a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the turnpike, making it easy to access. Guests have mentioned that the location is close to the Flight 93 Memorial, providing a convenient base for exploring this important site. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable queen beds and a clean bathroom. Guests have also praised the friendly and accommodating staff. Plus, the breakfast includes a variety of options, such as bacon and sausage.

The elevator in the hotel is slow and there is only one, causing guests to wait for a long time, especially on the upper floors.

holiday inn express definitely exceeded my expectations during this overnight stop in somerset! the room was fresh and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. the location, with easy access from the turnpike, was a bonus too.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, near the Flight 93 Memorial, convenient to go everywhere. The staff were absolutely kind the whole time❤👌

our recent stay at holiday inn express in somerset exceeded our expectations. the room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. we felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to somerset.

Check-in was delayed and the young guy at the front desk was not customer friendly.
